Helge Stemshaug has been Chair of the Board since 2016. He has been a partner in BAHR, a leading Norwegian law firm, for almost 20 years, and was the chair of BAHR from 2009-2017. He has also been on the board of Norvestor Equity AS since 2014. He was Head of Section at the Centre for EU Law and Director of Legal Affairs at the Norwegian Competition Authority before joining BAHR in 1999. Helge Stemshaug holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Southampton and a Cand Jur degree from the University of Oslo.
